Clinical Eligibility and Scope of Practice

Treatment decisions are based on clinical needs, patient safety, professional standards, they services offered by the practice and whether telehealth is an appropriate setting for care.

Well Composed Psych Solutions, LLC may recommend another provider, a higher level of care, in-person treatment or emergency services when a person’s needs fall outside the practice’s clinical scope or cannot be treated safely through telehealth. These decisions are based on clinical appropriateness and are not based on a protected personal characteristic.

Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodations

When submitting a concern, please include:

Your name and preferred contact information
A description of what happened
The approximate date of the event
The accommodation or resolution you are requesting, if applicable

Assistance is available for individuals who need help submitting a concern. The practice will review concerns promptly, fairly and as a confidentiality as reasonably as possible.

Filing an External Civil-Rights Complaint

You may also file a civil-rights complaint directly with a government agency. You are not required to submit a complaint to Well Composed Psych Solutions, LLC before contacting an outside agency.
